Thank God - 2025 is Over !

My Plans for 2026 is going in a different direction. Since the assault on Dec.5th, I've had to re-think my future plans and especially the work I do. I find that it's getting harder to lift a AAM 11.5 Carrier ,( 90 lb. ) and install into a 1 ton truck on the lift. Since I'm only 74, I need to make every moment count. I can lengthen my days or shorten them. It's up to me.

My Plans for 2026........

1. I still love fixing differentials and transfer cases as much as I did when I started. But there are some jobs I just can't perform on the lift. On occasion, I will ask the customer to remove the unit, and bring it in.
I don't build to factory specs. The factories are wrong. They set all their bearing preloads to tight. That's why I get so many pinion bearing jobs.
2. Why doing my work, I'll be producing videos for my channel and website. And someday, I'll have a " Go To " website that shops and mechanics can get all types of correct information to help them rebuild or run their business.
3. I want to bring my inventions to market. Instead of doing my own manufacturing and marketing when I was younger, I'm now turning to Davidson, a company that provides services that will get my patents to market.
4. So right now, I'm completing the jobs in my shop that has been taking up space. Getting rid of all the clutter and get " Lean & Mean ".
